おこがましいですが、つぶやきます

昨年末と年明け　２回
ウクライナ料理をいただく機会がありました。

戦禍を逃れてきたご家族で
いろんな支援を受けて、日本で頑張っています。
とあるお店のランチタイムの
メニューです。

はじめてでしたが

素朴で、何だか懐かしい味でした。素材を活かす料理が多いそうです。
ウクライナのお国柄でしょうか
料理されていたご夫婦が覚えたての日本語で迎えてくれました。

ご支援されている方々のあたたかさ感じましたさが…

なぜ、あのご家族は、
故郷を捨てなければならないのでしょうか
なぜ、こういう形で
逞しいさを発揮させなければならないのでしょうか
それと
ウクライナの方々だけでなく
ウクライナに行かされる方々も
ひとに行かせていないで、ご自身で行かれたらと
