どんなに小さくたって
どんなに小さくたって
花は咲く
大きさじゃない
色じゃない
カタチじゃない
まして、キミたちの花は
比べるものでもない
子どもたち、巣立った若者たち
これからを担う職員
年数が多少あるの者は
時折、振り返ってみなきゃ
口だけ肥えてはいけない
姫榊の花を見て
ちょっとそんな思いになった祝日でした。
